You wouldn’t mind if I sit, would you?

I was on my way to the province to visit my grandmother. It was not on my plan, but my aunt told me that my granny suffered from a severe headache that caused her to become unconscious. I care a lot about her, probably more than the care I gave to all of the girls I’ve met and dated. I arrived at the terminal few minutes before the bus departs from the station and I noticed that there’s a long queue of the passengers near the bus.
I’ve found out that there are no more seats available and those who still want to hop in needs to stand, I didn’t have enough sleep because I just came from work. The next bus will leave after 5 hours, and that is not a good option.

The Woman and the Broken Glass

Dumped-woman-sitting-on-a-benchI was on my way home when I saw a woman crying as she sat on a bench. I was waiting for the bus to arrive then suddenly there’s a voice in my head that says “Go and be a man”. I walked up to her and said. “I know that you don’t me and I don’t have any idea who you are but are you alright?” I’m okay she said while wiping her tears. “You know what? If it is always a sunny day, the world is going to be a desert. Sometimes, we really need to experience rainy days” I said to her. You’re a man and you won’t understand, she replied. I started asking questions that lead to a long conversation. The idea of going home left my mind for an unknown reason.

Life isn’t a Spectator Sport

Statistics says that people spent an average of 1 hour and 46 minutes in social media and an average of 5 hours is being spent on television. The natural conversation with real human being has decreased. We are all exposed watching other people’s lives and we are bombarded with so many advertisements in a day. Media has been influencing our lives and most of the people don’t give a damn on it. Society created a conditioning with the help of media to inject beliefs that changed our behaviour.
